Versa has developed a self-service portal. Any organizational user leveraging Versa IDP/IAM based authentication can utilize the GZTP portal for provisioning the device/s on GZTP platform.
Yes, Versa GZTP Self-service portal supports RESTful APIs for provisioning of infrastructure and also device serial numbers.
GZTP Self-service portal REST API documentation is embedded into the portal and can be accessed at:

GZTP portal documentation is embedded into the portal UI and can be accessed at:

In the current version, GZTP self-service portal does not support bulk provisioning of the PKI based device serial number.
For any given organization, there is a limit of maximum 200 provisioned devices at any point. It implies that these devices are ready to be boot-strapped/staged. The portal keeps track of these counters and displays it to users, when provisioning a new device while using self-service portal GUI.
The portal UI button for provisioning of the Device Serial Number is disabled and user cannot proceed. Any bulk provisioning process gets terminated once the count reaches 200 and any further attempt fails. RESTful API also provides error response to the user/program and terminates the process.
All devices provisioned on the GZTP infra have a lifetime of 60 calendar days. Once provisioned, if the device does not get boot-strapped or staged, the device is set for Expiration or deletion from the GZTP infra post 60 days from date of provisioning. Once 60 days are completed and the device is still in "Provisioned" state, the device is deleted. The device however does not get deleted from the GZTP self-service portal and can be re-provisioned using GZTP portal.
Yes, the user who has registered the device on the portal will receive 3 notifications from the portal in an automated manner. Notifications are sent at 30 days, 15 days and 7 days prior to deletion (expiration of device). User will also be intimated once the device is deleted from the GZTP platform.
Yes, the number of REST API calls is limited to 200 per hour for the entire organization. Please note the limitation is not per user, but is for the entire organization.
