How to configure Subscription report and send it via email


This article describes how to configure to receive subscription report via email.

 

The entitlement report is used to identify the subscription actions and the report is generated on monthly basis.

Subscription Report

The entitlement report is used to identify the subscription actions and the report is generated on monthly basis.

The report is used for generating invoices.

 

  1. In the Versa Director, navigate to Administration > Entitlement Manager > Subscription Report.
  2. Click the highlighted option under Entitlement Report column to download the report

 

 

  1. Report downloaded successful message appears when the download is complete.

Configure Subscription Email

If you want to save any report for your future reference, you can email the report to your email ID.

Please Note: The subscription report is emailed to the registered Email IDs as soon as it is generated.

  1. In the Versa Director, navigate to Administration > Entitlement Manager > Subscription Email
  2. Click on the Add button



  1. Enter the Email ID and click OK

  

 Usage Report

 The usage reports have the detailed information on all services deployed, solution tier, bandwidth.

  1. In the Versa Director, navigate to Administration > Entitlement Manager > Subscription Report.
  2. Click the highlighted option under Usage Report to download the report
