CSG1500 MAC address programming in VOS


Note1: MAC programming can be done in VOS from Linux command line.

Note2: Service will be interrupted, and system needs to be rebooted for the new MAC addresses to take effect.

Note3: eth1 (vni-0/0) and eth2 (vni-0/1) are currently NOT reprogrammable! 


Step 1:

Download eeupdate64e utility from the link below and extract the contents

Step 2:

Stop versa services and check if all interfaces are available
