In the Customer Portal there are two types of devices

Unclaimed: Most likely you purchased a license but did not provide the installation address. The device is unclaimed. it will appear in the bottom of the canvas,

Claimed: If you entered the address and claimed the device, either during the purchasing or after you purchased, the device is claimed and appears in the middle of the canvas
